Richard Oelkers has 39 years experience in the paper industry.  Prior to joining Lincoln Paper & Tissue, Rick held various sales and sales management positions with Oxford Paper Company, Crown Zellerback, Boise Cascade Corp., and International Paper.

Rick has a Bachelor of Science degree from Susquehanna University and an MBA from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
