Type: Full-time
Wage range: $17.00 - 22.00
Lincoln Paper and Tissue is looking to fill current and future openings with responsible Journeyman Millwrights to work in a tissue and paper manufacturing environment.
Lincoln Paper and Tissue operates 24 hours / day x 7 days / week. Maintenance employees are assigned to either an 8-hour shift schedule (Monday – Friday) or a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. Candidates must be willing to work whatever shift they are assigned to including nights, weekends and holidays as well as volunteer and work overtime shifts.
Successful candidates should posses the following:
- Sound knowledge of mathematics
- Excellent communication skills
- Comprehensive reading skills
- Applied reasoning ability
- Proven troubleshooting capability
- Ability to work in a team environment
Minimum Hiring Requirements:
- Proof of High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 8 years of experience as a Millwright, or be a graduate of a certified Millwright Apprentice Program, or equivalent education and experience.
